Vantage Three were retained programme advisers to the JV contractor for the construction of an urban light rail project.
The work required 3 million worked hours by the contractor and consisted 5.9km of track, 13 new tram stops, the reorganisation of over 30 major traffic junctions and a facade to facade renovation of the city streets, as well as full tram depot facilities.

Completion was achieved on-time.
